梗阻性黄疸及术后并发肾功能衰竭时血浆内皮素的变化

摘　　要：目的了解血浆内皮素(ET)在梗阻性黄疸患者(OJ)及其术后并发肾功能衰竭时(RF)的变化情况,探讨ET与OJ及RF的关系。方法用特异性放射免疫法检测45例不同程度OJ患者术前及术后1天、5天血中ET含量,18例非黄疸患者作对照。结果 ET随OJ程度加重而升高,术后1天各组均比术前升高,非RF组术后5天ET量基本恢复术前水平,而RF组仍持续升高。结论 ET升高与OJ,RF有关。Objective To study the changes in plasma endothelin (ET) in the patients with obstructive jaundice (OJ) and complicated renal failure (RF) after surgery and investigate the relationship between ET and OJ and RF. Methods By using specific radioimmunologieal method, the plasma ET levels were determined in 45 patients with OJ before and 1, 5 days after surgery, and 18 patients without jaundice as controls. Results The increase of ET levels was closely related with the severity of OJ, the damage hepatic and renal function. The preoperative ET level was higher than postoperative in all groups. In non-RF group, ET level 5 days after operation returned to the preoperative level, while ET level was continuously increased in RF group. Conclusion The increase of ET level might be contributive to OJ and RF.
