摘　　要：目的了解E-Cadherin在胰腺癌中的表达及与胰腺癌的分化、浸润转移和预后的关系。方法高压锅抗原修复免疫组化技术。结果 61%(29/47)的胰腺癌E-Cadherin表达异常,表达异常的肿瘤分化较差且多为晚期肿瘤。单因素分析表明E-Cadherin异常表达患者的术后生存时间较短,Cox风险比例模型的多因素分析表明E-Cadherin是独立的判断预后的指标。结论 E-Cadherin在胰腺癌中的异常表达率较高。E-Cadherin表达是一个较好的胰腺癌分化程度的显示指标和有价值的预后判断指标。Objective To study the E-cadherin expression in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and its relation with tumor differentiation, invasion and metastasis, or prognosis. Methods The E-Cadherin expression was detected by using immunohistochemistry with wet autoclave treatment for antigen retrieval. Results The abnormal rate of E-Cadherin expression in 47 patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma was 61%. The significant correlations were found between E-Cadherin expression and tumor differentiation or clinical stage. By logrank test, it was demonstrated that the prognosis of patients with abnormal expression fo E-Cadherin was much poorer than that with normal expression of E-Cadherin. In cox's multivariate analysis, E-Cadherin had an independent value in judging prognosis of the patients. Conclusion Abnormal E-Cadherin expression exists in most of the patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The E-Cadherin expression might be a clinically useful indicator of differentiation and predictor for prognosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
