摘　　要：知识共享是企业在实施知识管理过程中的难题之一,如何有效的提高知识共享活动的效率和效果受诸多因素影响,本文从影响知识共享因素的角度出发,设计了评价企业知识共享水平的指标体系,并运用模糊评价法对企业的知识共享水平进行评价.Knowledge-sharing is a difficult problem in knowledge management for enterprises. There are many factors influencing its efficiency and effectiveness. Considering these influencing factors, an index system is designed in this paper and adopted together with the fuzzy synthetic method to evaluate the knowledge - sharing level of enterprises.
