摘　　要：为地方经济建设和社会发展培养与培训高素质技术型应用性人才是高职院校职业技能培训教育的主要职责,面对迅速变化的市场需求,分析市场环境,研究经济发展与职业技能培训的互动关系,把握区域经济的特色要求,从而找准培训中心的发展定位和发展重点,才能使高职院校的培训中心健康可持续地发展。Vocational skills training in the higher vocational colleges takes primary responsibility for cultivating and providing all - around qualified talents who offer their technical services for the local economic development and social development. Confronting the rapidly changing needs in the market, vocational training center should scientifically analyze the market, research the relationship between economic development and vocational training, and grasp the specific requirements of regional economy. Only this way, can the development orientation and development emphasis of vocational training be clearly stated. Thus, the vocational training center can enjoy a sustainable development.
