速效牙敏消口胶治疗牙本质过敏症的临床观察

摘　　要：为评价速效牙敏消口胶的临床脱敏效果，选取门诊牙本质过敏患者５６人，１０６颗牙，按１∶２随机分为口胶组（Ａ组）和擦剂加口胶组（Ｂ组），通过电活力分析仪与患者主观感觉症状相结合进行疗效分析．结果：两种指标两组即刻及用药３月后疗效均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）．结果表明：速效牙敏消口胶对牙本质过敏症有很好的脱敏作用。To assesse the clinical effects on desensitivity of Su Xiao Ya Min Xiao Chewing Gum. 56 cases (106 teeth ) of detine hypersensitivity patients were randomly divided into into two groups : Group A (chewing gum) and group B (chewing gum and using solution ). Analytic technology and symptoms were used to observe the effects. Symptoms in both groups were relieved after treatment. Analytic technology showed that immediate and three months after treatment,the effects of group B showed more significantly than that group A (P<0.05). Conclusions : Su Xioa Ya Min Xiao chewing gum can reduce dentin hypersensitivity effectively. The combined use of gum and solution will provide a much rapid clinical effect.
