单侧上颌骨缺损修复效果与修复时机的关系探讨

摘　　要：为选择膺复修复的适宜时机，选择９６例单侧上颌骨缺损的病例，从４个方面分析修复时机对修复远期疗效的影响．结果显示：术后３个月进行修复，膺复体的固位稳定效果、咀嚼功能、语音、吞咽、吸吮及美观的恢复均较好；与即刻修复相配合。The purpose of the study was to determine the most suitable time for maxillofacial prosthesis. Ninety-six patients with unilateral maxillectomy were chosen to observe the influence of the time of maxillofacial prosthesis on the long term therapeutic effect in four ways.The results showed that the maxillofacial prosthesis made in the third month after operation has the best retentiveness,stability, chewing function,speaking,swallow,suck and reconstruction of appearance. The long-term therapeutic effect would be better when combined with the use of preformed maxillofacial prosthesis.
