磁力压低成年猴后牙的实验研究  

The Effect of Bite-blocks with Repelling Magnets on The Intrusion of Posterior Teeth in Nongrowing Rhesus Monkeys

摘  要:选用成年雄性恒河猴4只做动物实验,其中2只为实验组,上下颌戴包埋磁块的塑胶垫式矫治器,每侧上下磁块呈同极相对,产生斥力.1只为对照猴,戴相同厚度但未加磁块的塑胶垫式矫治器.剩下1只为空白对照,不戴矫治器.实验周期为4个月,实验前、后摄X-线定位头侧位片,测量后牙移动量.结果显示,实验组动物后牙压入量明显多于对照动物后牙压入量,平均约为10mm.空白对照猴后牙未见移动.本研究提示,包埋磁块的塑胶垫式矫治器可增加压入后牙的疗效。Four nongrowing rhesus monkeys were chosen: twowearing bite-blocks with repelling magnets and one without bite-blocks. The experiment lasted four months. The distance of intrusion of posterior teeth were measured through the lateral cephalograms of pre- and post-experiment. The results showed that the posterior teeth of the two monkeys wearing bite-blocks with repelling magnets were intruded obviously more than those of the monkeys without magnets, the average was 1.0 mm. The posterior teeth of the monkey without bite-blocks was never observed to be intruded. It suggested that putting repelling magnets into bite-blocks could enhance the effect on intrusion of posterior teeth, but whether it is an effective method to treat patients with anterior open-bite malocclusion, further studies will be needed.
