摘　　要：目的探讨鱼肝油对急性期脑梗塞患者血清维生素Ａ（ＶＡ）和细胞免疫水平的影响及他们之间的相关性。方法用荧光分光光度法和碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标法（ＡＰＡＡＰ），测定血清ＶＡ和周围血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８。结果治疗后血清ＶＡ水平较治疗前明显提高（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８有提高趋势，治疗前后血清ＶＡ含量与ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８均呈显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．００５），治疗后血清ＶＡ含量与ＣＤ８水平呈显著负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论血清ＶＡ含量与机体免疫功能有关。Objective To evaluate the effect of cod-liver oil on plasma Vitamin A and cellular immunity in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods By fluorence spectrophotic method and APAAP method,Vitamin A and the three sub-groups of T lymphocyts CD3、CD4 and CD8 in peripheral blood were measured in 22 patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment with codliver oil.Results Vitamin A increased obviously after treatment (P<0.005).CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 had a tendancy of increasing.Vitamin A had negative relation with CD8 before and after treatment,the content of Vitamin A was positively relative to CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 respectively(P<0.005).Conclusion The data suggest that Vitamin A and cellular immunity in patients with acute cerebral infarction were lower than that in normal controls.Vitamin A had a relationship with cellular immunity.Codliver oil could raise the levels of Vitamin A and cellular immunity,so it is benefit to prevention and treatment in cerebral vascular disorders.
