摘　　要：探索了在药理学实验教学中引入创新科研性实验,在"导师"的指导下,由学生自主选题立项,设计实验方案,选择可行的实验方法及适用的实验仪器,在开放的实验室独立操作完成实验,并完成实验报告。这项改革的意义在于鼓励学生参与科研活动,并在实验中充分发挥学生主观能动性,从而培养学生创新思维和创新能力,使之成为新世纪的创新型人才,同时实现教学与科研的和谐统一。This paper explored how to introduce innovative research-oriented experiments into pharmacological experimental teaching. The students choose subjects, design experimental routes independently upon the instruction of the advisor. They also need to select feasible experimental materials and methods, carry out the whole experiments in the open lab and accomplish reports on their own. The purpose of the exploration is to develop innovative spirit and to encourage the scientific activities of the students, thereby combining teaching and scientific research harmoniously and uniformly. Moreover, this reform can also remarkably exert the students＇ subjective initiative to cultivate the innovative talents in the new century.
