摘　　要：介绍了生物化学实验技能大赛的实施过程和取得巨大成效,大赛推动了实验教学改革和提高了学生的综合素质。探讨了生化技能大赛对加强学生创新能力和实践能力培养具有很强的促进作用。This article recommended the implement process of the experimental skills competition for biochemistry and its great effect.The competition has promoted the teaching reformatiom of experiment and improved the synthetic dia-（thesis） of students. The promoting role of biochemistry experimental competition for cultivating students innovation and practical ability was explored.
