氟西汀与中药联合应用治疗抑郁症临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:比较中西医结合与单纯应用西药治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:将126例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别为中西医结合组(氟西汀联合中药)与单纯应用西药组(氟西汀),疗程4周,用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:4周末两组总有效率、HAMD评分、不良反应均有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗组治疗效果优于单纯应用西药组。中药可明显减少抗抑郁药引起的副反应。Objective：To compare the efficacy of Chinese medcial herb and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods ： 126 patients with depression were randomly assigned to Chinese medieal herb group and fluoxetine group for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）. The side effects was evaluated with treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS）. Results ：The total score of HAMD and clinical efficacy in fluoxetine group was significantly lower than that in Chinese medieial herb group after 4 weeks. The side effects in Chinese medical herb group was significantly lower than that in fluoxetine group after 4 weeks. Conclusion ： The combinative treatment of Chinese medicine herb and fluoxetine has a good effect on depression. The Chinese medicine herb can confrontation depression side effects.
