摘　　要：目的探讨如何针对个体反牙合机制进行早期阻断治疗，诱导建立正常牙合。方法采用功能及各种加力矫治器并口外力综合运用治疗少儿反牙合，比较各年龄段对不同矫治方法的反应，评价其结果。结果全部病例反牙合解除，面部矢状方向得到不同程度发育，替牙牙合以ＦＲ３作用最为显著。结论反牙合的疗法取决于患儿所处的年龄阶段及牙合颌面形态特征。Objective\ To investigate the optimum method for early interceptive orthodontics and to reconstruct the normal occlusion individually. Method\ The different types of appliances with or without extraoral force were used. Results\ All 36 patients were cured. Within mixed dentition, FR3 is the best in improving facial anteroposterior discrepany. Conclusion\ The crossbite treatment plan depends on dental age and individual maxillary and occlusion deformity. The single therapy is the main cause of failures in clinic.
