摘  要:[目的]研究铺地竹叶片营养成分随季节的动态变化,为进一步开发利用该竹种提供科学依据。[方法]5月份到次年1月份,每月下旬开始取样,带回实验室,对其水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分和可利用糖含量进行测定,分析其营养成分随季节的动态变化。[结果]铺地竹叶片营养成分的季节动态变化呈典型的单峰型。在其生长发育前期,各种营养物质积累速度快,粗蛋白含量下降速度缓慢;生长后期,各种容易消化的营养物质积累速度缓慢直到停止。5—9月份为铺地竹的最佳利用时期,在该生长期间其粗蛋白含量在13.78%~15.10%,粗脂肪含量在3.77%-8.49%,可利用糖含量在14.57%~18.47%,酸性洗涤纤维含量在33.38%~39.71%。[结论]从可利用营养成分角度考虑,铺地竹最佳刈割时间为5~9月份。[ Objective ] The variation trend of nutritional component of leaf of Arundinaria argenteostriata was researched for the reference for its development and utilization. [ Method ] The content of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and soluble sugar in the samples taken in the experiment sites in each second half month from May to next Jan. , and the variation of nutritional component were analyzed. [ Results ] There was a typical single-peak in its variation principle. In the former growth period, the accumulation of various nutrient components was gradually increasing and the declining rate of crude protein content was slow ; in the later growth period, the accumulation of all kinds of nutrient components easily being digested was slow until stopped. The best utilization time ofArundinaria argenteostriata was in the period from May to Sept. , with the content of crude protein of 13.78% -15.10% ; crude fat, 3.77% -8.49% ; soluble sugar, 14.57% -18.47% and acid detergent fiber, 33.38% -39.71%. [ Conclusion] Considered the nutrient contents, the best mowing time was between May and September.
