高糖高脂饮食对新西兰兔肾功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察高糖高脂饮食对新西兰兔肾功能的影响。[方法]将20只雄性新西兰兔随机分为2组,10只饲以基础饲料为对照组;10只饲以高糖高脂饲料为模型组。每月末测空腹血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素(UREA)水平,5个月后测尿糖、尿蛋白和β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG),并进行对氨基马尿酸清除率和酚红(PSP)排泄试验。[结果]与对照组相比,模型组动物1个月后即出现高TG血症,3个月后血糖升高,5个月后出现尿糖、微量白蛋白和NAG升高,对氨基马尿酸清除率和酚红排泄率下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01),而血、尿Cr、UREA未见升高(P﹥0.05)。[结论]高糖高脂饲料对新西兰兔具有肾毒性,可导致肾功能损伤。[ Objective] To investigate the effects of high-sucrose and high-fat diet on renal function in New Zealand white rabbits. [Methods] Male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=10, with normal fodder） and the model group （n=10, with 37% sugar, 10% lard and 53% normal fodder）. Once a month after an overnight fasting, the blood samples of the rabbits were tested for the levels of plasma glucose, triglyceride （TG）, creatinine （Cr） and blood urea nitrogen （UREA） for 5 months. After 5 months, urine glucose, protein, N-acetyl-JS-glucosaminidase （NAG） were tested, and para-aminohippuric acid clearance rate and phenolsulfonphthal^in excretion r＇ate tests were performed. [Results] The plasma triglyceride levels from 1 month and glucose levels from 3 months significantly increased Mth the feeding duration in the model group in comparison with the control group. After 5 months, urinary glucose, microalbumin, NAG levels and NAG clearance rate were significantly increased while para-aminohippuric acid clearance rate and phenolsulfonphthalein ex- cretion rate were decreased ill the model group compared with in the control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. No significant changes were observed in Cr and UREA levels of plasma and urine between 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）. [Conclusion] High-sugar and high-fat diet induces nephrotoxicity, and injures the renal function in New Zealand white rabbits.
