摘 要:本文针对先在纸张上印刷光栅图像、再与光栅片复合的立体印刷方式,分析研究了在印刷工艺流程中存在套印误差的原因,并结合印版滚筒半径(包衬)变化对套印精度的影响,推导出光栅图像横向套印误差公式。并提出了晒版时将光栅图像的条纹方向与滚筒轴向相垂直的晒版方式。通过分析常规网点和柱状网点对光栅图像印刷质量的影响,总结出柱状网点有利于提高成图质量,但对套印精度要求更高。The reasons of stereoscopic printing overprint error were analyzed in this paper, about the printing mode which is printing the grating image on paper first, then complexing with lenticular screen. Considering the influence of the plate cylinder radius changes on the overprint precision, the transverse overprint error formulas of the grating image were deduced. And the printing-down process that the striation orientation of the grating image and the platen spindle direction should be vertical with each other was brought forward. The influence of the general dot and columnar dot on the grating image print quality was analyzed. It is summed up that the columnar dot would be propitious to enhance image quality, but it has a higher request to overprint precision.
