摘  要:目的观察硬性透气性接触镜(RGPCL)对角膜散光和圆锥角膜矫正的疗效和安全性。方法收集2004年9月到2008年10月在本中心验配RGPCL的患者50例(92只眼),观察分组:低度近视散光组、高度近视散光组、圆锥角膜组。将验配RGPCL后的矫正视力与验配框架眼镜后的矫正视力比较。结果低度近视散光组,配戴RGPCL和配戴框架眼镜后矫正视力≥0.8者分别为42只眼(88%)、38只眼(79%);高度近视散光组,配戴RG-PCL和配戴框架眼镜后矫正视力≥0.8者分别为31只眼(94%)、25只眼(76%);圆锥角膜组,配戴RGPCL和配戴框架眼镜后矫正视力≥0.8者分别为11只眼(84%)、2只眼(15%)。90%的患者自觉舒适,可以坚持配戴。结论高度近视散光、圆锥角膜患者配戴高透氧性RGPCL矫正视力明显高于配戴框架镜患者。并有较好舒适度,视野较大,无明显并发症。Objective To observe the safety and curative effect of rigid gas permeable contact lens ( RGPCL) for astigmatism correction. Methods 50 cases ( 92 eyes ) were collected in between September 2004 and October 2008, and were divided into 4 groups :low myopia and astigmatism group ( LMA Group), high myopia astigmatism group ( HMA Group ) and keratoconus group. Gorrected visual acuity with RGPCLs was measured in each group and compared to that with eyeglasses. Results In LMA group, the corrected VA(≥0.8) with RGPCL and with eyeglasses was in 42 eyes(88% ) and in 38 eyes(79% ) respectively. In HMA group, the CVA(≥0.8) with RGPCL and with eyeglasses was in 31 eyes(88% ) and in 25 eyes(79% ) respectively. In keratoconus group, the RGPCL CVA(≥0.8) and eyeglasses CVA(≥0.8) was in 42 eyes(88% ) and in 38 eyes(79% ) respectively. 90 percent of patients describe their condition comfortable enough to keep on wearing RGPCL. Conclusion RGPCL show better curitive effect on patients with high myopia astigmatism and keratoconus corneas, for corrected VA with RGPCL are significantly better than that with eyeglasses. A RGPCL provides more comfort and larger visual field without causing distinct complications.
