KTP激光联合丝裂霉素C治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察KTP激光联合丝裂霉素C(MMC)治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法将KTP激光治疗慢性泪囊炎患者59例(59只眼)随机分为治疗组(应用MMC)和对照组(不应用MMC)。观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组30只眼中治愈26只眼(86.67%),有效3只眼,总有效率96.67%。对照组29只眼中治愈18只眼(62.07%),有效5只眼,总有效率79.31%。经统计学处理,治愈率之间χ2=4.71,P<0.05;总有效率之间χ2=4.25,P<0.05,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论KTP激光联合MMC治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of KTP laser combined with mitomycin C （MMC） in the treatment of chronic dacryecystitis. Methods According to randomized fashion, 59 patients （59 eyes ） suffered from chronic daeryocystitis were divided into two groups, the treatment group used MMC in the laser treatment and observed therapeutic resuits. Results 26 eyes cured in the treatment group（30 eyes） ,and the cure rates was 86.67% . 3 eyes improved and the total effective rates was 96.67%. 18 eyes cured in the control group（29 eyes）and the cure rates was 62.07% . 5 eyes improved and the total effective rates was 79.31%. After statistics rest, there was a great significant difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The using of MMC has an excellent effect on KTP laser treatment for chronic dacryocystitis
