摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素全身及结膜下注射联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。方法我院收治了单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者73例79眼,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45眼,对照组34眼。对照组用1g.L-1阿昔洛韦滴眼,每天6～8次。治疗组除同对照组治疗外,给予干扰素10万U球结膜下注射,每天或隔天1次,每次1mL,共6～8次;同时,成人肌肉注射干扰素100万U,儿童肌肉注射100万U.m-2,均为隔天1次,共6～8次。结果治疗组治愈率为75.6%,总有效率为95.6%,而对照组治愈率为47.1%,总有效率为64.7%,2组治愈率及有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组视力提高43眼,对照组视力提高22眼,2组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素全身及局部结膜下注射联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎治愈率高、副作用少,具有良好的效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intramuscular and subconjunctival injection of interferon combined with antiviral drugs in the treatment of herpes simplex viral keratitis. Methods A total of 73 patients（79 eyes） were collected,and randomly divided into treatment group（45 eyes） and control group（34 eyes）. Acyclovir eye drop （ 1 g · L^-1 ） was administrated in the control group for 5 to 8 times daily. Besides the same treatment as control group, 100 thousands units interferon were administrated by subconjtmctival injection for 6 to 8 times totally,once everyday or each two days, 1 mL one time. Intramuscular injection of 1 million unites interferon was administrated at the same time in adult and 1 million U · m^-2 in children,5 to 8 times totally and once each two days. Results The curative rate was 75.6% in treatment group,and 47. 1% in control group. The total effective rate was 95.6% in treatment group ,and 64.7% in control group. There were significant differences in curative rates and total effective rates between the two groups （ both P 〈 0.05 ）. Visual acuity of 43 eyes increased in treatment group, and 22 eyes in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Intramuscular and subconjunctival injection of interferon combined with antiviral drug is with high curative rate, seldom side effects and good clinical results for herpes simplex viral keratitis.
