摘  要:急性前葡萄膜炎,特别是与HLA-B27相关的急性前葡萄膜炎是常见的非感染性葡萄膜炎。临床和实验已证明一些G-细菌如克雷白杆菌、沙门菌、志贺菌和耶尔森菌可能诱发此类葡萄膜炎。G-细菌细胞壁的脂多糖是第一个被发现的Toll样受体-4(Toll-like receptor4,TLR-4)的外源性配体,TLR-4是人Toll样受体蛋白,属于I型跨膜蛋白,是细菌脂多糖介导的信号跨膜转导的主要受体,对于天然免疫系统识别病原微生物有至关重要的作用。近些年随着眼科学的发展,对其在人眼免疫学方面的研究逐渐增多,本文着重综述了TLR-4的在眼部的转导路径及其在急性前葡萄膜炎中研究进展。Acute anterior uveitis, particularly the kind associated with HLA-B27 is the most common form of noninfective uveitis, which can be caused by the Gram-negative bacteria such as certain species of Klebsiella, Salmonella, Shigella and Yersinia proved in clinical and experiment. The lipopolysaccharide of Gram-negative bacteria cell wall is the first detective exogenous ligand of the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR-4). TLR-4 is human Toll-like receptor protein, belonging to Type Ⅰ transmembrane protein, which is the main receptor in lipopolysaccharide mediated signal transmembrane transduction and plays an essential role in natural immune system to identify pathogenic microorganisms. In recent years, with the development of ophthalmology, people pay more attention to human ocular immunology research. This article mainly reviews TLR-4 signal transmission pathway in ocular and its relevant research advances in acute anterior uveitis.
