医学院校分析实验教学中心管理平台的优化

摘　　要：高等学校实验室在"科教兴国,可持续发展战略"中起着至关重要的作用。实验室的建设与发展,直接影响着实验教学和科研任务的完成。文章针对本院分析实验教学中心的现状和问题,对实验室合并后如何合理调整仪器设备结构、避免实验室及仪器设备重复建设、提高使用率以及加强实验师资队伍建设等问题进行了阐述,提出高校特别是医学院校作为人才培养的基地,必须深化实验教学改革,加强实验室(中心)管理,从而增强学生的实践动手能力,培养学生的创新思维和能力。The laboratories in medical college play an important role in scientific and educational development in our country. The construction and development of laboratories are directly related to the quality of experimental practices and researches. In this article, we aimed at the status quo and problems in our experimental center and took measures to adjust the equipment structure, to develop the utilization ratio, to avoid the redundant construction of the laboratories and instruments as well as to improve the laboratory technicians. As a base for educational training, it is necessary to emphasis the reformation of experimental practice education. So, the reform of experimental practices must be deepened and the management of laboratories must be strengthened in order to improve the practice and making new idea abilities.
