摘　　要：目的研究多种胃癌易感性相关细胞因子基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)在慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophy gastritis,CAG)患者中的分布特征及两者的相关性。方法根据文献最新报道,选择胃癌易感性相关基因SNP位点:IL1-1B-311/-511、IFN-γ+874、IL-8-251、IL-10-1082/-819/-592、TNF-α-308/-857、MIF-173等6个基因上10个SNP位点。采用PCR扩增基因组DNA,直接测序法对30例CAG及30例健康对照的各SNP进行分析。结果IL-10-592位点三种基因型在CAG和健康对照组间的分布差异有统计学意义,χ2=6.83,P=0.03。其余9个SNP基因型、所有等位基因型在CAG和健康对照组间的分布差别均无统计学意义。结论CAG患者中携有多个胃癌易感性相关细胞因子基因SNP,但除IL-10-592CC基因型可能与CAG相关,其余SNP与CAG未见相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship and distributive characteristics between cytokine gene polymorphisms with risk of developing gastric cancer and chronic atrophy gastritis by（GAG） DNA sequencing.Methods Single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNP） loci of gastric cancer susceptibility genes IL1-1B-311/-511,IFN-γ＋874,IL-8-251,IL-10-1082/-819/-592,TNF-α-308/-857 and MIF-173 were selected from public databases and published papers.A total of 30 healthy controls and 30 patients with chronic atrophy gastritis were genotyped by DNA sequencing for 10 SNPs. Results Comparison of IL-10-592genotype frequencies showed a significant difference between patients with chronic atrophy gastritis and healthy controls （χ^2 = 6.83, P = 0.03 ）. No association was found for other investigated polymorphisms. Conclusion Among the investigated 10 SNPs in cytokine genes with risk of developing gastric cancers, only IL-10-592 genotype is found associated with chronic atrophy gastritis.
