摘 要:基于位置敏感探测器(PSD)与光电技术,提出了大型机组对中校准的理论模型。利用最小二乘法原理,多点拟合轴瓦圆心及最佳调整空间轴心直线;建立了基于迭代算法的偏微分数值方程组,利用矩阵迭代法编程求解,确定轴瓦最佳调整量,解决了大型涡轮机组轴瓦对心校准问题。通过仿真实验验证了理论模型的正确性。A model of aligning large-scale unit to its center is proposed, which is based on PSD (position sensitive detector) and photoelectric technology. The least square principle is applied to the multi-spot fitting to the circle center of the bushing and the optimum setting of the spatial straight line of the axle center. A numeral partial-differentiation equation set is established based on iterative algorithm and it can be solved by using matrix iteration programming to decide the optimum adjustment of the axle bushing. The problem of detecting and aligning large turboset to the center was solved. Through simulation experiment, the validity of the theoretical model is certificated.
