摘　　要：剖析了现今医师队伍管理存在的问题,从顺应医药卫生体制改革出发,提出了构建新型医师管理模式,界定了新模式的具体内容,并就医师队伍的可持续发展提出了改善建议。Analyzes problems of nowadays doctor management. To take the opportunity of the health care reform, raise a new doctor management pattern and define the content. Then, put forward the improvement proposal to enhance its sustainable development.
