摘  要:双钢轮振动压路机行走液压系统是典型的闭式变量泵-定量马达系统,此类液压系统的分析计算中负载通常是静态的,而实际作业时,振动压路机启动或停车过程中的负载是变化的。利用AMEsim软件建立压路机行走液压系统的仿真模型,同时利用Adams软件建立压路机动力学模型以获得对液压系统进行仿真时的负载,通过AMEsim与Adams的联合仿真,较好地模拟双钢轮振动压路机行走系统的工作特性,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。Hydraulic travel system in dual drum vibratory compactor is a typical close-loop variable displacement pump with fixed displacement motor system. The loads are usually static in analysis and calculation for this kind of hydraulic systems. Nevertheless, in practical operation, the loads are variable during starting or stopping of a vibratory compactor. A simulation model of a compactor travel hydraulic system is established with AMEsim software and, at the same time, a dynamic model of the compactor is set up with Adams software to obtain the loads when simulating the hydraulic system. Through combined simulation of AMEsim and Adams, work characteristics of travel system of a dual drum vibratory compactor are satisfactorily simulated and the simulation results are in good correspondence with test results.
