摘  要:隧道掘进机施工虽然正在国内逐步推广,但在TBM施工出渣方式与配套设备方面一直存在着一定争议。结合兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道TBM工程,通过对TBM施工连续胶带机和有轨运输矿车两种出渣方式不同配套设备进行对比分析,从设备配置、设备采购成本、运行成本、维修保养成本、对施工进度影响等方面予以论述。在初期资金允许的情况下,采用连续胶带机出渣优点明显,值得推广。Although TBM construction is gradually spreading domestically, there are still some debates between spoil discharging modes of the TBM and its equipped machinery. In association with West Qinling Tunnel TBM construction in Lanyu Railway project, two kinds of spoil discharging modes in TBM construction: continuous rubber belt conveyor and track mining trolley, are compared and analyzed. What discussed are equipment configuration, equipment purchase cost, operation cost, repair and maintenance cost as well as influences on construction schedule. If initial investment permitted, advantages of continuous rubber belt conveyor are obvious and worth promoting for spoil discharging.
