摘　　要：尽管胰腺癌手术切除率较低，但根治性手术切除目前仍然是唯一可以治愈胰腺癌的有效方法。随着对胰腺癌生物学特性的了解，胰腺癌根治性手术取得了很大的进步。本文就近年来胰腺癌根治性手术的治疗进展作一综述。The resection rate of pancreatic cancer is low, but the surgical procedure may be the only method of cure for the patients with pancreatic cancer. Due to the further understanding of its biological characteristics and the development of modern instruments, the resection rate of affected patients has markedly increased and much progress has been made, and several consensuses on surgical principles have also been reached. This review summarizes the recent advance of surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer.
