摘　　要：黄伯荣、廖序东《现代汉语》(增订三版)在六次修订的基础上,以更趋完善的姿态赢得高校广大师生的好评。邵敬敏《现代汉语通论》是21世纪的一本新教材,以"新颖""实用"著称。从整体特点、体例、观点见解等方面对这两本教材进行了分析比较。Modern Chinese（update 3） by Mr.Huang and Mr.Liao has been well received by the majority of the university teachers and students after six times of revises.General Modern Chinese by Mr.Shao is a new text book of the 21st century,famous for its uniqueness and applicableness.A comparison is made on the features,style and viewpoint about the two text books.
