摘 要:采用基元来形式化描述复杂产品方案的设计需求,基于基元的蕴含性建立了设计需求基元的蕴含树模型,并针对需求信息的不完全性和约束性,提出了一种基于灰色关联分析的多属性权重分配方法。该方法首先通过灰色关联分析获得设计需求的重要度,然后以每一设计需求为评判准则,计算设计属性与各设计需求间的关联系数以及相应的关系矩阵,从而获得设计属性的权重。最后,通过大型水轮机的方案设计验证该模型的有效性和实用性。The customer requirements of complex mechanism scheme design were described formally by basic element. According to basic element implication, a requirement model of customer requirements based on the basic elements was presented. For the incomplete and the restricted information of requirement characteristics, a computing method of multi--attribute weights allocation based on grey relational analysis was proposed. Firstly, the importance rating of the requirement characteristics was got, then by regarding each requirement characteristic as judgement code, the relational coefficients and a corresponding relational matrix was obtained. Based on these, the weights of each design attribute were achieved. Finally, an example of large--scale hydraulic turbine scheme design was provided to validate and prove its efficiency and feasibility.
