摘　　要：技术创新是技术转移的源头,而技术转移则是技术创新成果的扩散或流动,技术创新对经济增长的贡献,只有通过技术创新成果渐进的扩散和转移过程才能实现。就我国目前现状来看,专利技术成果的转化率还非常低,技术转移对于许多企业是可望而不可及的。只有探究其原因,才能寻求破解难题的对策。Technology innovation is the source of technology transfer, while technology transfer is the dissemination or flow of technology innovation achievements. The contribution of technology innovation to economic growth can be realized only through the dissemination and transfer of technology innovation achievements. Regarding the current situation of China, the conversion rate of patent technology achievements is still very low and technology transfer is unachievable to many enterprises. Therefore, we need to research on the reason so as to find appropriate strategy to resolve the conundrum.
