摘 要:[目的]研究羊耳菊挥发油的化学成分及其对自由基的清除作用。[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取羊耳菊的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法对该挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,利用Fenton反应产生羟基自由基(.OH)及邻苯三酚自氧化产生超氧阴离子自由基(O.2-),以比色法测定羊耳菊挥发油对这2种自由基的清除作用。[结果]挥发油得率为0.486%(V/W),确定了28种化合物的结构和相对含量。挥发油主要含3-甲基-5-异丙基-甲基氨基甲酸酚酯(74.37%)、11,14-二十碳二烯酸乙酯(9.50%)和2,2-二甲基丙酸-2-[1,1-二甲基乙基]酚酯(7.59%)3种酯类化合物。挥发油对羟基自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O.2-)都有一定的清除能力,但清除羟基自由基(.OH)的能力较强。[结论]通过对羊耳菊挥发油化学成分的研究,为进一步开发利用该植物提供了科学依据。[ Objective ] The essential oils extracted from lnula cappa by steam distillation were analyzed by GC-MS. [ Method ] Essential oil from Inula cappa extracted by steam distillation, chemical compositions of essential oil were isolated and identificated by GC-MS method. Hy- droxyl radical(. OH)produced by Fenton reaction and superoxide anion radical (O^-)produced by pyrogallol autoxidation, the scavenging effects of essential oil from Inula cappa to two kinds of free radicals determined by colorlmetric method. [ Result] Extracting rate of essential oil from Inula cappa was 0.486% ( V/W), structure of 20 kinds of compounds and their relative contents were confirmed. Essential oil mainly contented three main ester compounds of Phenol, 3-methyl-5- [ 1 -methylethyl ] -, methylearbamate ( 74.37% ), 11 , 14 - eicosadienoic acid , methyl ester(9.50% ), Propanoic acid,2,2-dimethyl-,2-[ 1,1-dimethylethyl] phenylester (7.59%). Essential oil had a certain scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical (· OH)and superoxide anion radical (O2^-) , and had a better scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical ( ·OH ). [ Conclusion ] Through the study on the chemical composition of essential oil from lnrda cappa, which provides scientific basis for the further de- velopment and utilization of this plant.
