摘　　要：目的 探讨RhoC基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法对47例NSCLC和20例癌旁正常肺组织中RhoC蛋白的表达状况进行检测和分析，并对其中35例进行生存随访。结果RhoC蛋白在NSCLC癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织阳性表达率（P〈0．01），RhoC蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），且RhoC蛋白低表达者其生存率较高（P〈0．05）。结论RhoC基因蛋白与NSCLC的浸润和转移有关，可以作为NSCLC的预后判断指标。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of-RhoC protein in nonsmall cell lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of RhoC protein in NSCLC, follow up 35 patients. Results The expression of RhoC protein in NSCLC was significantly higher than in normal lung tissues （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,The positive rates of RhoC protein was correlated with histological grades, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was a higher long term survival on the lower expression of RhoC protein（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The expression of RhoC protein is correlated with infiltration and metastasis in NSCLC, RhoC protein can be used as a prognostic indicater for NSCLC.
