成人牙周炎活跃期与非活跃期牙周袋内微生物系构成的研究

摘　　要：就成人牙周炎活跃期与非活跃期牙周袋非附着菌斑进行厌氧培养、分离和鉴定．结果发现，厌氧菌，尤其是Ｇ－厌氧杆菌活跃期明显高于非活跃期；Ｇ＋兼性厌氧菌则非活跃期明显高于活跃期，提示成人牙周炎由活跃期向非活跃期发展。unattached subgingival plagues of adult periodontitis at activity period and quiescence period were cultured in an anaerobic condition,isolated and identified by biochemistry respectively.The findings showed that anaerobic bacteria,especially Gram-negative anaerobic bacillus at activity period were higher than those at quiescence period. Gram-positive,facultative bacteria at quiescence period were significantly higher than those at activity period.All suggested the constitution of bacteria were changed from Gram-negative anaerobic bacillus to Gram-Positive facultative bacteria as adult periodontitis developed from activity period to quiescence period.
