企业研发体制:基于中外跨国公司研发职能实现的案例研究

摘　　要：基于企业研发职能的实现条件和相关文献,构建了一个企业研发体制的分析框架,认为研发体制是由企业研发理念、研发策略、研发投入、研发组织与管理以及研发绩效评估等构成的系统;尝试性地应用这一框架描述了10个中外著名跨国企业的研发体制,探索了这些企业研发体制的共同发展趋势及其在产业、发展背景方面表现的差异。这一研究从研发对企业战略与发展的作用而不是研发部门或者企业管理的视角,认识企业研发职能实现的系统特征。应用这一分析工具可以评估企业的研发功能和价值。A firm＇ s R＆D function is changing from obtaining technology advantages to serving a firm＇ s aim of competition advantage and future development. According to the necessary conditions of a firm＇ s R＆D function, this paper suggests a conception framework for analyzing a firm＇s R＆D system,which includes R＆D organization as well as R＆D ideas, strategies, input, management and performance. By this analysis framework, this paper describes the R＆D system of 10 famous transnational companies in China and abroad, discussing some differences and common trends about these firms＇ R＆D systems in their dynamic industry evolvement and specific background. Instead of beginning the study from the view of a firm＇ s R＆D department or business management, this paper tries to understand how a firm＇ s R＆D function can realize the firm＇ s strategic and development function in an open innovation era. With an analysis method of this firm＇ s R＆D system, a firm＇ s R＆D function and value can be evaluated.
