人工晶体眼内缝合植入21例

摘　　要：介绍人工晶体眼内缝合植入２１例。其中老年性白内障６例，白内障囊外摘除术后二期植入１例，糖尿病性白内障２例。先天性白内障１例，外伤性白内障１１例，平均年龄４１．５３岁。术后随访１８位患者，随访时间１～６个月。手术方法采用美国产长直针聚丙烯线缝合固定人工晶体。术后效果满意，术后裸眼视力０．５以上１１／１８例（６１．１％），未发生角膜失代偿、人工晶体脱位、黄斑囊样水肿。By transscleral suture fixation,posterior chamber intraocular lenses were implanted in 21 patients(21 eyes)with an average age of 41.53 years.Before operation,there were 9 eyes with ruptured capsules due to extracapsular extraction,11 eyes with traumatic cataract,and one eye with secondary implantation after extracapsular cataract extraction.Eighteen patients were followed up for 1～6 months after operation,and 11/18 patients(61.1%)obtained the vision of 0.5 or over.There were no complications of luxation of lens,cystoid macular edema and retinal detachment,and so on.
