摘　　要：本文通过对2，4-二烯醛类及2-烯醛类香料的四种合成路线的概述，总结出其较合理的合成方法。并对此两类香料的可应用种类及其香型做了阐述。In this paper,four methods of the preparation of 2,4- dienal and 2 -enal compounds as perfumery are reviewedand an optimum method is showed. The ordor characteristics and the uses of the two kinds of compounds are alsodiscribed.
