原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤2例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理特点,鉴别诊断及预后。方法:对2例原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤进行临床表现及组织形态学、免疫组织化学研究并文献复习。结果:原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤好发于中老年人,症状多为进食梗阻,多位于食管中下段,大体为隆起或息肉样肿块。免疫组化染色HMB45和S-100阳性。结论:原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,预后差;对于发生于中老年人食管中下段的息肉样肿块,应考虑到原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤的可能。Objective：To investigate the clinical pathology characteristics, differential diagnosis and prognosis of primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus （PMME）. Methods ： Two cases of PMME were studied with clinicopathological analysis, histopathological analysis and with immunohistochemistry, and literature review. Results： PMME was often occured in the middle and old age, and the patients presented with dysphagia. The tumors were usually in the distal third of the esophagus. Immunohistochemical stains were positive for S - 100 and HMB45. Condusion：PMME is a kind of exceptionally rare and malignant tumor with dismal prognosis. It should be considered as PMME when a polypoid tumor in the lower third of esophagus is observed in the middle - aged man and elderly.
