摘 要:使用典型的通用监控和数据采集组态软件作为图形用户界面开发平台,应用动态补偿建模法建立过程动态工况模型,提出了1种新的基于单台计算机的智能控制(industrial personal computer and intelligent process controller, IPC)仿真模式,开发了1种废液处理过程操作培训仿真器。通过设计1种动态链接库函数,经过监控组态软件的数据库将动态模型计算程序和仿真图形用户界面相连,成功地实现了整套仿真软件的集成开发。废液处理过程操作培训实践表明,该仿真器具有良好性能,能较好地满足废液处理过程操作培训需要,对提高操作技能,减少污水排放具有良好效果。A novel operator training simulation system was developed for waste water treatment process using an IPC ( industrial personal computer and intelligent process controller) simulation mode and typical SCADA ( supervisory control and data acquisition) configu ration software as the GUI (graphical user interface) platform. The dynamic behavior of the process was modeled by the dynamic compensation modeling method. The overall simulation software package was successfully integrated by designed DLL (dynamic link librar- y) function program, which was used to link the dynamic model calculation program to GUI through the database of the SCADA config- uration software. The simulation system was demonstrated to have good performance in operator-training practice of the waste water treatment process. The operator-training practice proves that the simulation system can satisfy the process operator training requirements quite well, and it could greatly improve the operation skills of the process operators, so as to reduce the release of waste water.
