摘　　要：为了应对经济全球化形势下的产业发展对创新工程人才的大量需求,以美国麻省理工学院(MIT)为首的世界几十所大学展开了CDIO工程教育模式改革。以汕头大学为代表的我国高等学校在实施CDIO工程教育模式中已取得明显效果。作为操作性、实用性很强的商务英语专业核心课程的《外贸单证实务》,如何按照CDIO教育模式的要求建造新的课程架构,本文进行了深入探讨。CDIO is an innovative model of intemational engineering education, its sanitization is benefit to the cultivation of student＇s innovative spirit and practical ability, and benefit to China＇s higher engineering education reform and internationali- zation. Shantou University is the first CDIO member of Chinese universitys, which has achieved successfully. As the key subject of Business English, this article focuses on how to reconstruct the layout of the Documentation by means of CDIO.
