某高等医学院校不同岗位教职工体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解在职教职工的健康状况,以便有针对性地为其服务。方法对666例40岁以上在职教职工以往健康体检结果进行统计学分析,建立健康档案。结果在职教职工咽炎占74.17%;脂肪肝占33.63%;心电图异常占19.22%;高血脂占19.07%;高血压占14.56%;高血糖占8.26%。结论医学院校在职人员,特别是40岁以上在职人员的健康状况不容忽视,有针对性地给予健康指导,从根本上控制"慢性非传染性疾病"的发生。Objective To analyze the health status of faculty members based on the data of health examination in a medical college. Method The data of health examination of 666 faculty members over the age of 40 were retrospectively analyzed. Result Pharyngitis, fatty liver, abnormity of ectrocardiogram,hyperlipemia, hypertension,hyperglycemia/diabetics were found in 74. 17% , 33. 63% , 19. 22% , 19. 07% , 14. 56% and 8. 26% of the faculty members, respectively.Conclusion It is suggested to pay close attention to the health status of faculty members in medical colleges,especially those aged over 40,and provide health education for them to prevent and control chronic diseases.
