摘　　要：知识创新是集群企业发展的重要内容,而隐性知识又是集群企业知识创新的关键。从知识联盟的角度入手,分析隐性知识与知识联盟的内在逻辑及其知识联盟与集群企业的适配性,提出基于知识联盟集群企业知识创新的动力机制策略,即以"竞合"为核心的集体学习的内生性动力机制、以"政府激励"为核心的外生性动力机制、以"多赢"为核心的联动性动力机制的三维动力机制建设。Knowledge innovation is an important part of cluster enterprise＇ s development, and the tacit knowledge is the key to knowledge innovation. So the main body of the paper starts from knowledge alliance angle, and analyzes the internal logic of the tacit knowledge alliance and the adaptation of knowledge alliance and clusters enterprise. Finally, it brings forward the mechanism strategy of knowledge innovation of cluster enterprise based on knowledge alliance, including the endogenous mechanism centering on competing, the outside natural disposition centering on government excitation, and the linkage mechanism centering on winning much.
