针刺和结肠水疗治疗慢传输型便秘与血浆胃肠激素的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺和结肠水疗治疗STC患者的疗效及血浆VIP和SP的变化。方法用放免法测量30例健康人及36例STC患者针刺及结肠水疗治疗前后血浆VIP、SP浓度变化。结果患者症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前治疗组血浆SP浓度较正常对照组低,VIP浓度较正常对照组高,治疗后血浆VIP水平下降,SP水平有上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合结肠水疗可以影响血浆SP、VIP水平,改善STC患者便秘症状,调节结肠的运动。Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture therapy and colonic irrigation in slow transit constipation （STC） and to explore the variation between substance P（SP）,vasoactive intestinal polypeptide（VIP） levels before and after treatment. Methods Radio-immunoassay was used to examine the level of plasma gastrointestinal hormone SP,VIP in 36 patients with STC and 30 healthy individuals,a total of 36 patients with STC were treated with acupuncture therapy and colonic irrigation. After treatment,we examined the dose of plasma SP, VIP and observed the change of plasma SP,VIP before and after treatment. Results Clinical symptoms were also improved obviously（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the plasma level of SP was significantly lower than that of the control group,the plasma level of VIP was significantly higher than that of the control group,the level of plasma SP and VIP before and after treatment were siginificant different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture therapy and colonic irrigation is effective for STC,and it can regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone SP,VIP.
