摘 要:目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(简称C-12)及判别函数在妇科肿瘤临床诊断中的应用。方法用该系统测定分析77例妇科恶性肿瘤、76例妇科良性病变及353例健康女性体检者血清12种肿瘤标志物(CA19-9、NSE、CEA、CA242、CA125、CA153、AFP、Ferritin、free-PSA、PSA、HCH、β-HCG)的水平。结果妇科肿瘤组的检测阳性率(62.33%)显著高于良性病变和对照组,单项检测阳性率以CA125最高(36.36%),CA125、CEA、CA19-9两两联合及三项联合检测阳性率均高于单项检测,其中又以三项联合检测为最高(50.29%),建立诊断判别函数对妇科肿瘤诊断准确率78.50%,显著高于单项或联合检测。结论运用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统及判别诊断函数可明显提高妇科恶性肿瘤诊断的准确率,有较高的临床参考价值。Objective To investigate the value of the multi tumor marker protein chip detective system for screening over gynecologic tumors. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor markers,including CA19-9,NSE,CEA,CA242,CA125,CA153,AFP,Ferritin,free PSA,PSA,HCH and β-HCG were measured with the detective system in 77 cases of gynecologic tumor,76 cases of be nign diseases and 353 cases of normal control. Results The positive rate in gynecologic tumor group(62.33 %)was significantly higher than that in the other groups. The positive rate of CA125(36.36%) was higher than that of others in the single serum tumor marker detective,the sensitivity of the multi-tumor marker detective was higher than a single tumor marker,the accuracy rate of diagnostic function was significantly increase(gynecologic tumors 78.50%). Conclusion Combined measurement of multiple serum tumor markers using protein chip technique can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for gynecologic tumor,and have higher reference value in clinic.
