摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者白细胞水平的影响。方法对43例癫痫患者行丙戊酸钠单药治疗,用血细胞自动分析仪定期测其外周血象。结果丙戊酸钠对癫痫全身性发作疗效优于部分性发作。服用丙戊酸钠治疗后,癫痫患者白细胞及中性粒细胞水平明显降低,且以中性粒细胞为主(P<0.01)。结论丙戊酸钠致癫痫患者白细胞水平降低。Objective：To investigate the effect of sodium valproate therapy on the levels of white blood cell in epileptic patients. Methods： White blood cell count in 43 epileptic patients treated with VPA alone was determined by automatic analysis instrument.Results： White blood cell count in 43 epileptic patients after treatment was decreased by VPA.Conclusion： VPA leads to the decrease of white blood cell count in epileptic patients.
