摘  要:结合信息素质的内涵,将大学生信息素质课程设计为有递进关系的"文献检索"、"读书"、"文献评价"三层课程体系,提出新的信息素质教学运行程序和教学模式。以国家教学团队建设为标准来确立图书馆在学校教学活动中的教学地位,实现《普通高校图书馆规程》关于发挥图书馆教育功能的目标,为高校图书馆组织实施信息素质教学指明方向。In accordance with the nature of information quality, the courses to promote it of university students should be compromised of three consecutive segments : information retrieval, purposeful reading and literature evaluating. These courses should also be carried out in renovated process and model. It' s proposed that the library should assume the educational role in a university, with the standards set up in the construction of national teaching team. Only after this can we concretize the educational function defined in The Regulation and Procedure of library in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning, and clarify the direction of university libraries in their organization of information quality teachings.
