不同厂家牛黄解毒片微量元素的测定与分析

摘  要:目的通过封不同厂家牛黄解毒片的微量元素含量的测定,以确定厂家不同,所含有的微量元素的量也有所不同,治疗的疗效和不良反应也有所区别。方法采用等离子体发射光谱ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma—Atomic Emission Spectrometry)同时测定铁Fe、锰Mn、锡Sn、锌Zn、锶Sr、硅Si、铜Cu、矾V、镍Ni、钴Co、钼Mo、铬Cr共十二种人体必需微量元素;消化法:HNO3—HClO4体系湿法消化。结果3个厂家的牛黄解毒片中铁Fe、锰Mn、锡Sn、锌Zn、锶Sr等几种元素的含量有所不同。结论不同厂家生产的牛黄解毒片,其微量元素的含量存在差异,治疗的疗效和不良反应也有区别,故有必要对其安全质量进行监控。Objective By the determination of trace elements for the Niuhuangjiedu tablets, which made in different manufacturers, we can be sure that the quantity of the trace elements also has dissimilarity and the curative effect together with the adverse effect also has differentiation. Methods Using ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry) to measure a total of 12 species of essential trace elements, including Fe, Mn, Sn, Zn, St, Si, Cu, V, Ni, Co, Mo, Cr. Digestion means:Wet HNO3-HClO4 digestion system. Results There is some different in the content of several elements such as Fe, Mn, Sn, Zn of the three manufacturers. Conclusion The content of trace elements in the Niuhuangjiedu tablets produced by different factories have difference, the curative effect and the adverse effect also has differentiation. So it is necessary to carry on supervision for the safe quality.
