CDX2在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CDX2在结肠癌中的表达及其与各项临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法和原位杂交法分别检测60例结肠癌患者组织中CDX2蛋白及其mRNA的表达水平，并分析其与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期的相关性。结果结肠癌组织中CDX2蛋白及其mRNA的阳性表达率（分别为71．67％和73.33％）显著低于正常组织（分别为93．33％和100．00％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；CDX2蛋白及其mRNA的阳性表达率在高中分化与低分化、浆膜浸润与否、淋巴结转移与否、Dukes分期间的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0.01）；而两者在不同年龄、性别和肿瘤部位、大小间的差异则均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论CDX2蛋白及其mRNA在结肠癌患者组织中的表达水平均随肿瘤分化程度降低、浸润深度加深、淋巴结转移和临床分期变晚而逐渐降低，但与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及部位无关。Objective To investigate the expression of CDX2 in colon carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathologic feature. Methods The expression of CDX2 protein and CDX2mRNA was determined by immunohistochemical method and in situ hybridization in 60 patients with colon carcinoma. The relations between the positive rate of the CDX2 protein and CDX2mRNA expression with the age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, differentiation, invasion deepth, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage were anylyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CDX2 protein and CDX2mRNA in colon carcinoma （71.67% and 73.33%） was significantly lower than those in normal tissue （93.33% and 100%, P〈0.01）. There were significant correlation of CDX2 protein and CDXmRNA expression with tumor differentiation, serosa invasion, lymph nodal metastasis, Dukes＇ staging in colon carcinoma{ P〈0.05 or 0.01）, but not with age, sex of patients and location, size of tumor （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of CDX2 protein and CDX2mRNA expression in colon carcinoma decrease with the poor differentiation, deep invasion, lymph node metastasis and late stages.
