摘　　要：目的探讨Livin与Survivin基因在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达情况及其与临床和病理参数的关系。方法采用RT-PCR法检测44例NSCLC患者手术切除后的标本（其中腺癌30例，鳞癌14例）和44例癌旁正常肺组织中Livin与Survivin基因的表达情况，并分析其与NSCLC临床和病理参数的关系。结果NSCLC肺组织中的Livin与Survivin基因阳性表达率（分别为68.2％和88.6％）均显著高于癌旁正常组织（分别为22.7％和27.2％），差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）；Livin与Survivin基因在NSCLC中的表达和患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小、分化程度、组织学类型、淋巴结是否转移、病理TNM分期的差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05），且Livin与Survivin基因在NSCLC组织中的分布也无相关性（r=0.157，P〉0.05）。结论Livin和Survivin基因在NSCLC组织中呈高度表达，但其表达与NSCLC的性别、年龄及肿瘤大小、分化程度、组织学类型、淋巴结是否转移、病理TNM分期无关。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of Livin gene and Survivin gene in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and the clinicopathologic features of NSCLC tissues. Methods Livin gene and Survivin gene expression levels in 44 NSCLC tissues （30 adencarcinomas and 14 squamous cell carcinomas） and 44 adjacent normal tissues were detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）.Then we analyzed the relationship between the expression of Livin gene and Survivin gene with the clinicopathologic features of NSCLC tissues. Results The positivity rates for livin mRNA and survivin mRNA expression were 68.2% （30 of 44） and 88.6 % （39 of 44） in NSCLC tissues, while 22.7 % （10 of 44） and 27.2 %（12 of 44） in adjacent normal tissues, respectively （P〈0.01）.No relationship was found between Livin gene and Survivin gene and the clinicopathologic features of NSCLC tissues（P〉0.05）.Also, Livin gene expression had no significant relationship with Survivin gene expression in NSCLC tissues （r=0.157,P〉0.05）. Conclusion Livin gene and Survivin gene are overexpressed in NSCLC tissues, but the expression was not correlated to age, sex, tumor size, degree of differentiation, pathology category, and TNM stage（P〉0.05）.
