摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,高新技术企业成为我国经济发展的重要支撑点。因此,对高新技术企业绩效进行科学合理的评价至关重要。而现行的指标体系在评价高新技术企业绩效时存在着明显的不足。针对企业绩效综合评价发展需要和和谐社会发展要求,从企业可持续发展理论、企业社会责任理论出发,提出从经济绩效、生态绩效和社会绩效三个方面进行企业绩效评价。With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises in China＇s economic development has become an important pillar. Therefore, the performance of high-tech enterprise of scientific and reasonable evaluation is essential. Indicator of the current high-tech enterprises in the evaluation of system performance when there are obvious shortcomings in this paper, the development of comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance needs and requirements of the development of a harmonious society, the theory of sustainable development from the enterprise, corporate social responsibility theory, put forward from the economic performance , ecological and social performance of the three aspects of performance evaluation of enterprise performance.
