摘  要:采用K2HPO4浸泡马铃薯块茎和切片,研究K2HPO4对损伤接种Fusarium sulphureum马铃薯干腐病的控制效果.结果表明:K2HPO4处理可有效抑制损伤接种马铃薯块茎和切片病斑直径的扩展,其中以70 mmol.L-1处理效果最好.K2HPO4对切片的最强抗性诱导出现在处理后48 h;K2HPO4处理后损伤接种切片组织中POD、PPO、PAL和GLU活性明显增高,O2.-和木质素含量显著积累,说明K2HPO4可通过诱导马铃薯体内的防卫反应来增强其对干腐病的抗性.Postharvest K2HPO4 treatments were employed to study the inhibition effect to ary rot in potato tubers and slices inoculated with Fusarium sulphureum. The results showed that the chemical reduced significantly the lesion diameter in inoculated tubers and slices. The treatment at 70 mmol· L^- 1 had the best control. The strongest reduced resistance in slices elicited by the chemical was found in 48 hours after the treatment. Moreover, the chemical increased ae.ivity of POD, PPO, PAL and GLU, and accumula- ted content of O2^.- and lignin in inoculated slice. It is suggested that K2HPO4 could control dry rot by inducing defense response in potato tubers.
