分散式毕业实习与设计一体化模式的探索与实施

摘　　要：提出了本科生分散式毕业实习与设计的新方法,并在三届学生中加以实施,收到良好的效果。研究了实习单位选择的四个原则,组织实施的七个程序以及实习过程管理的两个方面。结果表明把大学生分散实习及毕业设计教学环节作为培养其实践能力的重要切入点,有利于高校培养适应社会需求的高质量人才。本模式下的实习方式能够实现学校、单位、学生三方受益,学生的实践能力得到增强,毕业实习与设计成绩的优良率得到提高,就业比例进一步增大。A new method of graduation practice and project （or thesis） separately was put forward. This new method had been operated in undergraduates for three years and yielded good results. Four principles to select practice business were studied. Seven procedures to organize and carry out graduation practice and project （or thesis） were given. Two management respects were indicated. It is shown that the new method of graduation practice and project （or thesis） separately can enhance the training of quality of undergraduates and can be benefitial to university, business and undergraduates. It has been made known that the undergraduates had great practice ability, good school record and higher employment ratio than before.
